Instructions for Use
- Cleaning is usually carried out by ultrasonic, spraying and other methods, and can also be done by soaking and manual brushing.
- The cleaning time is 5 to 30 minutes, and the specific time can be adjusted according to the requirements of the product to be cleaned.
- The optimal temperature of the cleaning liquid and the rinsing liquid is controlled at 45 to 55°C, and the specific time can be adjusted according to the requirements of the product to be cleaned.
- After cleaning for a period of time, the residue in the cleaning agent will increase, causing the cleaning force to decrease, and the cleanliness of the cleaned parts will deteriorate after washing. According to actual use, the cleaning agent in the tank needs to be added and replaced regularly (depending on the number of steel meshes to be cleaned).
- After rinsing for a period of time, the cleaning agent in the rinsing liquid will increase, causing the cleanliness of the cleaned parts to deteriorate. According to actual use experience, it is recommended to replace the rinsing liquid regularly every 2 to 4 hours (depending on the number of steel meshes to be cleaned).

Please Note
- After opening the product and taking out the used part, the lid must be closed tightly to prevent the detergent from volatilizing.
- Do not put used detergent and unused detergent in the same packaging barrel.
- Keep the container of detergent clean to prevent dirt and other substances from mixing into the detergent and affecting the quality of the detergent.
- It is normal for the product to be stratified or turbid after being placed for a long time. It will be better after shaking.
- After rinsing, make sure that there is no detergent left on the steel mesh.
- After continuous cleaning for a period of time, it is recommended to add a matching defoamer appropriately, and the anti-foaming effect will be better.
- When operating, you must wear long-type butyl rubber, nitrile rubber and other materials. Impermeable gloves and one-piece protective clothing, work boots to avoid skin contact, and organic solvent masks and goggles.
Storage and Transportation Requirements
Transport as non-hazardous chemicals and non-corrosive chemicals.
Store at room temperature.
Keep sealed, avoid direct sunlight, high heat and strong acid.
Warranty period of sealed state is 12 months.
