Scope of application
This product is suitable for cleaning PCBA after soldering and cleaning SMT printing nets. It can also be used to clean PCB boards with misprinted solder paste and glue. Instructions for use
Ultrasonic cleaning: Adjust the vibration frequency of the ultrasonic wave and control the appropriate cleaning temperature to make the cleaning agent reach the best cleaning state. The parts to be cleaned should be completely immersed in the cleaning agent and placed at an appropriate spacing.
Spray cleaning: Adjust the flow rate of the cleaning agent, the spray pressure, and control the appropriate cleaning temperature to make the cleaning agent reach the best cleaning state. The parts to be cleaned should pass through the best atomization area.
Manual cleaning: Use an anti-static brush, dust-free cloth, or toothbrush to dip the cleaning agent on the surface of the parts to be cleaned, and brush repeatedly to remove the dissolved dirt from the parts to be cleaned.
Soaking cleaning: Place the cleaning agent in a suitable container and the parts to be cleaned should be completely immersed in the cleaning agent.
Replacement frequency: After a period of use, the residue in the cleaning agent will increase, causing the cleaning force to decrease, and the cleanliness of the parts after washing will deteriorate. The cleaning agent in the tank needs to be added and replaced regularly (depending on the number of parts to be cleaned).
Cleaning time: 5 to 30 minutes is recommended, depending on the specific cleaning process and cleanliness requirements.
