Instructions for Use
- Cleaning is usually carried out by ultrasonic, spraying and other methods, and a small number of them are manually scrubbed.
- The automatic online cleaning time is 5.0 to 30.0 minutes in total, and the specific time can be adjusted according to the requirements of the product to be cleaned.
- The optimal temperature of the cleaning liquid and the rinsing liquid is controlled at 50.0 to 60.0℃; the hot air and baking temperature is 80.0 to 110.0℃. The specific temperature can be adjusted according to the requirements of the product to be cleaned, and the residual moisture of the PCBA should be completely evaporated.
- The chain speed is determined according to the actual situation, and it is recommended to be 20.0 to 30.0cm/min.
- After cleaning for a period of time, the residue in the cleaning agent will increase, causing the cleaning force to decrease, and the cleanliness of the PCBA after washing will deteriorate. According to the actual use, the cleaning agent in the tank needs to be regularly added or replaced. The automatic online cleaning is recommended for 3 to 7 working days, and the ultrasonic offline cleaning is 2 to 4 hours (depending on the number of PCBAs to be cleaned).
- After rinsing for a period of time, the cleaning agent in the rinsing liquid will increase, causing the cleanliness of the PCBA to deteriorate. The rinsing liquid should be replaced regularly according to actual use. At least 3 rinsing tanks should be used for rinsing for 2 to 4 hours before the rinsing liquid needs to be replaced (depending on the number of PCBAs cleaned).

Please Note
- After opening the product and taking out the used part, the lid must be closed tightly to prevent the cleaning agent from volatilizing.
- Do not put used cleaning agents and unused cleaning agents in the same packaging barrel.
- The container containing the cleaning agent should be kept clean to prevent dirt and other substances from mixing into the cleaning agent and affecting the quality of the cleaning agent.
- Before cleaning the PCBA, the solubility of the printed screen on the PCB and components should be tested.
- After rinsing, ensure that there is no cleaning agent and deionized water residue on the PCBA board and components.
- After continuous cleaning for a period of time, it is recommended to add a matching defoaming agent appropriately, and the anti-foaming effect will be better.
- When operating, you must wear long impermeable gloves and one-piece protective clothing made of butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, etc., work boots to avoid skin contact, and organic solvent masks and safety glasses.
Storage and Transportation Requirements
Store in a sealed, ventilated and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, high heat and strong acid.
