Product Uses

KEY-198 aluminum alloy cleaning agent is mainly used for ultrasonic cleaning of residual machining oil and grease on the surface of aluminum workpieces, anodized workpieces, parts, and materials.

Features

It has strong wetting and penetrating properties and is highly efficient at neutral pH.
It has excellent rinsing performance, avoiding secondary contamination of the workpiece surface.
It has high corrosion resistance to aluminum alloys, and aluminum alloy workpieces retain their silver luster after cleaning.

Usage Recommendations

The concentration of the cleaning agent can be increased or decreased depending on the following factors: type of oil stain, available time, and characteristics of the equipment used.

If used for cleaning workpieces made of other materials, please conduct a test.

Storage and transportation

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals and non-corrosive chemicals.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat, and in an airtight container.

Shelf life is 12 months when sealed.

Single packages must not be stacked more than two layers, and the bottom layer must be secured with a non-slip tray to prevent squeezing, deformation, or tipping.
