APR7 film utilizes the latest Integrating Bio-Technology (IBT) processing technology—a Kodak pioneer. Specifically designed for PCB master film creation, APR7 film is pre-balanced by Kodak in a cleanroom environment, making it ready to use out of the box.

Kodak ACCUMAX Photoplotter Film APR7 is an excellent red laser photoplotter film. This breakthrough product replaces the ARD7 and offers two significant advantages in dimensional stability:

• Its unique single-sided gel coating structure results in a low coefficient of linear expansion, only 0.0009% per %RH.
• Pre-conditioned at the factory to match the relative humidity (50% RH) of the photoplotter environment.

These two features enable PCB manufacturers to take mastering to a new level—achieving future registration requirements through a highly productive workflow.

APR7 film features dual red sensitivity at 633nm and 670nm, making it suitable for photoplotters using helium-neon (HN) or red laser diode (RLD) exposure sources. APR7 achieves exceptionally sharp line edge quality using an Integrating Bio-Technology (IBT) process. APR7 film is developed in IBT-compatible developers, such as Kodak ACCUMAX fast developer and replenisher.
