Product Introduction

KEY-147 high-purity vegetable insulating oil, as a new generation of environmentally friendly insulating medium, has significant advantages over traditional mineral oil:

  • Excellent environmental protection and safety: It has an extremely high biodegradability rate, so it will not pollute soil and water sources in the event of a leak; and it has an extremely high flash point (usually above 300℃), making it difficult to burn, which greatly reduces the risk of transformer fires and explosions. It is a "green and fire-safe" insulating oil.
  • Excellent electrical properties: Vegetable insulating oil has a higher dielectric constant (typically 3.0-4.0), which is closer to that of insulating paper (about 4.4). It can effectively improve the electric field distribution of the insulation system, slow down the aging rate of the insulating paper, and thus extend the service life of the transformer.
  • Natural "gas-absorbing" properties: Plant-based insulating oils have a strong ability to dissolve gases (especially oxygen and moisture, which are more soluble than mineral oils), which can effectively slow down the aging and hydrolysis of insulating paper and reduce the risk of partial discharge inside transformers.
  • Renewable Resources: Derived from renewable vegetable oil raw materials, it aligns with global energy sustainability strategies and helps companies achieve their "carbon neutrality" goals.

Storage and Transportation
